Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are confident that using our Matrix Whitening whitening kits will make your smile whiter. Please note that individual results will vary.

If you are not satisfied with the results achieved you may contact us for details on how to send the item back and receive a refund of the purchase price.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the process of returning the product.

Please contact us directly at orders@matrixwhitening.com to initiate the returns process. Please note that the full kit must be returned in order for a refund to be processed.
